Bay Street Halloweekend

The Port Orchard Bay Street Association's Halloweekend concludes on the downtown waterfront. The three-day event replaced the former Boo Bash with costume contests, haunted attractions, trick-or-treating, games and activities at local businesses. Admission is free; some activities require advance registration.
Schedule: Final day of Oct. 23-25 event (ends 5 p.m.)
