Representatives of Puget Sound Energy and the Kitsap Public Utility District will discuss a November ballot measure that could authorize KPUD to explore providing electric service in Kitsap County. The Greater Kitsap Chamber's general membership luncheon will cover what approval would and would not mean for businesses. Advance registration is required.
