Health district lists fall, winter events for new parents

KITSAP COUNTY — The Kitsap Public Health District’s Mama Moves Kitsap program has scheduled postpartum movement classes, baby playtimes and an indoor walk for new parents and their babies through January.

The nurse-led postpartum support group’s upcoming events are:

• Postpartum Recovery Gentle Movement: Nov. 6, Dec. 4 and Jan. 15
• Babies & Bubbles playtime: Nov. 20, Dec. 18 and Jan. 29
• Indoor Mall Walk: Jan. 22
