The Downtown Bremerton Association's Halloween night event turns Quincy Square, Pacific Avenue and Fourth Street into a family trick-or-treating route. Downtown businesses hand out candy, and the evening includes spooky live music and a Creepy Market in Quincy Square. Admission is free.
