The Port Orchard Farmers Market, a waterfront fixture since 1976, closes its Saturday season Oct. 31. Shoppers can find produce, local foods and goods from area farmers and makers. The market has endorsed a resolution by the Kitsap County Council for Human Rights declaring access to food a fundamental human right. |
