Front Street closed to traffic Saturday afternoon, Oct. 31, as costumed kids, families and dogs filled historic downtown Poulsbo for Ghoulsbo, the annual Halloween trick-or-treat. Merchants handed out candy from storefronts, mascots worked the sidewalks and Poulsbo Fire and police were on hand along the closed street.
